Welcome to our Plaza Mayor accommodation collection. Nestled on the 4th and 5th floors with balconies over of the sunniest end of the historic Plaza Mayor, the building dates back to 1617, made by Juan Gomez de la Mora, Royal architect of king Felipe III, during the same period when Velazquez made Las Meninas, beginning of the Baroque Style with Italian influence in Spain. Whilst retaining it's old world character our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments enjoy the most modern of facilities.

The accommodation is located at one of the most exciting spots of the city and have a very funky and abstract designers touch creating a very modern and open plan living experience, all hidden beside the beautiful red facade of Plaza Mayor. The refurbishments have ensured guests will enjoy kingsize beds, private closets, central airconditioning, great white wooden floors, bathroom with shower and bath, naturally light-filled rooms and even double glazed terrace windows for silence during those lazy sleep-ins.

The Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking your own meals and the bathrooms are spacious with seperate toilet and shower rooms. There is also free wireless internet.

Both holiday and business guests are assured a warm welcome and a pleasant stay at our apartments. They are located in the most exciting area in Madrid, right on Plaza Mayor putting you just 2 minutes walk from many main attractions of Madrid like Puerta del Sol, Plaza Santa Ana and Gran Via.

Please Note

The price includes 7% VAT, cleaning, free use of the kitchen, bed linen and towels.

 

It is strictly forbidden to smoke or drink alcohol inside the apartment, and invite others to sleep or gather inside the apartment.

No stag or hen parties allowed, groups of young people or friends are not allowed. Family environment.

No large groups allowed in the apartments, only 4 person.

 

We have a very flexible approach to check-in times, which can be arranged between 10.00 am and 2.30 am.

Rates

Rate is from 130 € for 1 to 4 people  during low season (1st Nov - 14th Mar)            Rate is from 145 € per person during high season (15th Mar - 31st Oct)

Prices may vary on public holidays and festivals.

Plaza Mayor - Plaza Mayor is perhaps the most important plaza in Spain. It dates back to 1617 and is beautifully restored today. There are cafes and traditional stores throughout the plaza and it's always very lively with performers. A must see. veure al plànol
