A pesar del error cometido por Uds., no tengo ninguna queja y muy por el contrario, quedé impresionado de la diligencia, honestidad y prontitud con la que se avocaron a resolver el problema y conseguirnos un alojamiento acorde con nuestras expectativas. Además asumieron por completo los costos relacionados, incluso los traslados. Simplemente debo decir que el servicio superó con creces lo que esperábamos. Para nosotros que viajamos con niños esto es extremadamente importante. El apartamento que dispusieron para nosotros luego, estaba impecable, limpio, ordenado, todo nuevo y en perfecto estado. Nosotros hemos viajado por todas partes del mundo, Beijing, Hong-Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Alaska, California, Buenos Aires, Calafate, Bariloche, Santiago de Chile, Benidorm, Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid, Paris y nos hemos hospedado en hoteles de todas las categorías y debo decir que sus atenciones superan a las del viajero más exigente. No dudaría en recomendarlos sin reservas. | |||
